The Introductory Award in Administrative Management
This qualification is for individuals who want to learn how to improve their skills and understanding of business administration best practice. It also provides a basis from which more advanced skills and knowledge can be developed.

Unit 1 : Skills for Administrators
Unit 2 : Individuals Within Organisations
Unit 3 : Organisational Skills
Study mode
Full-time 15 hours per week, combination course available ( GE/IELTS plus IAM Intro. Cert)
Assessment
Assessment of this qualification is in two parts:
- Multiple Choice Examination
- Creation of a Learning Diary that records evidence of skills for employment as well as academic achievements.
Progression
Completion of the Introductory Award leads to the Certificate in Administrative Management
